A Summary is the reduction of an information, fact or statement to the most important point. It depends in the purpose or the material that is in question. Consist of a topic and the main idea, and it is follow by its major supporting details and minor supporting details. As a general summary, a paragraph is reduce in a sentence or two, an article is reduce in a paragraph, and a text book chapter is reduce about three pages of notes.
